Shape the Future of Dining at Canada Water

Located in the heart of Canada Water, London’s newest dockside leisure destination offers a vibrant mix of premium restaurant and bar spaces now available to lease, perfect for forward-thinking hospitality brands.

A Generational Opportunity

British Land’s and AustralianSuper’s 53 acre development at Canada Water is central London’s first (and probably only) major opportunity to conceive and deliver a new town centre for the 21st Century.

A new urban centre to rival the very best across central London.

The Start of Things to Come

Canada Water has experienced a surge of change surrounding Canada Dock, resulting in this unique microcosm of food, culture and vibrancy here today.

Join Vagabond, The Village Tree and Sushi Revolution in our first phase line-up, opening Autumn 2025.

Tap into a Thriving Catchment

The population within the direct catchment area is predicted to grow at twice that of any other London catchment. The current c.7m annual customer visits is predicted to exceed 21m at the end of our development in 2035.

Canada Water offers an opportunity for businesses to put down roots and grow. An opportunity to break the rules too long accepted and imagine a cleaner, bluer, green, kinder and more beautiful place
