Hospitality Space
London’s newest dockside destination for
leisure, dining and socialising
A prime location in Zone 2
Set in the heart of a well-connected Zone 2 neighbourhood, Canada Water combines a large local catchment with daily commuter movement and established leisure demand, creating real potential for retail and hospitality.

1.4 million people
Canada Water catchment population
Canada Water sits at the centre of a large, well-connected catchment. With 1.4 million people nearby, it’s positioned to draw regular footfall from local residents, workers and visitors across south and east London.

£3.79 million spend
estimated annual local food and drink spend
With £3.79m spent on food and drink locally each year, Canada Water is a place where people are already going out, grabbing coffee and meeting friends, creating strong day-to-night trading for F&B operators.

500,000 people
visited the Printworks London each year
Printworks helped establish the area as a recognised destination, drawing large visitor numbers and building long-term awareness of Canada Water. That legacy supports ongoing demand for leisure-led retail and hospitality as the neighbourhood continues to grow.

15 million entries and exits
at Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations
High passenger volumes through Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations translate into consistent daily footfall. For retail operators, that means strong visibility, passing trade and repeat custom.

Within easy reach
Just steps from the station you’re among culture, music and fantastic food options.
Situated in prime position, and just a few stops of London’s most sought-after foodie destinations, Canada Water attracts visitors, commuters and locals 7 days a week.
Corner Corner is your place to create and connect.
It is more than just a space – it’s a crossroads of food, culture and community.
Spanning over 55,000 sq ft, curated by Broadwick and KERB, the venue includes an innovative food hall, live music, and an event space.
Corner Corner is also home to London’s largest commercial indoor vertical farm developed by Harvest London.

Vagabond is now open in Canada Water's Dock Shed
It's the UK’s largest urban winery, over 100 different wines by the glass from the brand’s signature tap-and-pour machines.
A standout destination for food and drink lovers, it brings together on-site winemaking, award-winning pours and a menu designed for sharing.
From guided tastings and tours to workshops and masterclasses, Vagabond adds energy to Canada Water’s growing neighbourhood — ideal for casual meet-ups, client hosting and team socials.
