Contractor Erith continue to carry out the soft stripping of non-structural fixtures within the buildings and are also undertaking deconstruction works. Over the coming weeks, Erith will begin the slab and foundation removal within the footprints of the deconstructed buildings.

Erith carefully monitor noise, dust and vibration to ensure they’re operating safely and within the limits set by Southwark Council.
